Which Nations Own the Moon?

There are many theories and conspiracies floating around on the ownership of moon. However there is no truth in any of these fictitious claims. In 1967 The United Nations announced in a publication the “Outer Space Treaty” that space is the “province of all mankind”. Therefore it is not owned by any country or nation. In 1979, the international Moon agreement was finalized and it this treaty is strictly forbidden to offer moon space for private ownership or other similar real estate deals. Currently there are many people and agencies offering attractive deals of moon space, but those are not legal.

No nation or country own the moon.

So, moon ownership or similar agreements are just fictitious and doesn’t hold any legitimacy.
