You are wondering what does the word dingleberry mean? Well it is ugly question.
It is simple but it is unpleasant one.
Dingleberry is small berry looking part of the feces that from time to time stuck in the hair around anus. Basically it is poo.
However if someone said that you are dingleberry then he wanted to insult you since in slang dingleberry is stupid, foolish or incompetent person.
