Have you ever wonder who invented CD player? We use it everyday but never thought about who invented this extremely useful machine. Can you think of a day without your favorite music or movie CDs? CD player has saved us from the inconvenience of heavy cassette players and old gramophones. Now life has become simpler and uncomplicated with invention of this useful machine. Sony is the pioneer and released the first ever CD player. The original CD Player was named CDP-101 and released in 1982. Nobuyuki Idei the Chairman and CEO of Sony has introduced CDP-101 and it incorporated a slide out design. Currently there are countless innovative Mp3 players and Ipods available however the fact remain that CD player has paved the path for other revolutionary inventions.

Which was invented first the telephone or the light bulb?

This can be tricky question. In the time of telephone invention there were bunch of light bulbs for decades. So, light bulbs are older and invented before telephone.
However tricky part is in patents. Alexander Graham Bell patented telephone in 1876, while Thomas Edison patented light bulb in 1879. That makes it three years after the telephone. But light bulbs versions were available even 50 years before working versions of telephone.
