President has the ultimate powers in his hands, he has complete control over administration, legislation and judiciary. In President’s absence Vice president takes control of the presidency and all presidential powers automatically transfers to him. However if the Vice president dies, in President’s absence Speaker of the house will be instantly sovereign as caretaking President. Therefore after the death of Vice President, Speaker of the House will perform all his presidential duties as the successor of President.
