2080 pounds bell made of bronze stands as symbol of freedom and independence in the United States of America. Its originally name was State House Bell or the Province Bell.
Liberty Bell is situated in Independence National Historical Park in city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania State, United States of America.

Location of the Liberty Bell in Pennsylvania was not steady trough time. At first, during the period 1753 – 1976, its home was Independence Hall in The Pennsylvania State House. Its second home, from 1976 to 2003, was the Liberty Bell Pavilion. And finally, current home of the Liberty Bell is the new liberty Bell Center.
It can be seen daily.
It was originally cast in 1752 in London, England.

Torre pendente di Pisa or The Tower of Pisa is a remarkable piece of art. It’s also known as The Bell Tower of Saint Mary. Althought it wasn’t planned to lean, after the construction of its third floor the Tower started to sink to the southeast. Interesting, it is now leant to the southwest.
Location of The Tower of Pisa is in city of Pisa in Tuscany region, Italy. More accurately in Pisa’s Cathedral Square (in Italian: Piazza del Duomo , also known as Piazza dei Miracoli )

It was built in three phases, during a period of about 177 years, started in 1173 finished in 1350. Its height varies over time for leaning of the Tower, 0.05 inches per year.

Angkor Wat is usually referred to the area where one of the biggest temple complexes in the World is placed. But, it should be emphasized that the complex contains more than a hundred archeological monuments with the Angkor Wat as the most impressive one. Impressive is also history behind it.
The answer to the question in the title is: Angkor Wat is situated in a place where formerly Angkor city, the capital of Khmer Empire, was. The word “Angkor” actually means “capital”, the word “Wat” means “monastery”.
Easier to understand, this complex is placed in northwestern Cambodia, in the forest near the province Siem Reap, north to the lake Tonle Sap.

Its area is 1,5 km² x 1,3km.
It is included on UNESCO World Heritage List.

Where Does Gold Come From?

Gold (symbol Ag) is a chemical element which belongs to the group of transition metals. It can be found in a free state in nature as well as in compounds. Created by nature it can’t be produced in chemical or other way.
Gold occurs mostly in solid state as ore made by rocks but it can be found in form of powder or granules in riverbeds. Once people could actually see chunks of gold in riverbeds but nowadays they are extremely rare.
Gold can also be found in alloys with cooper and mercury, and as dissolved gold in sea. As for its compound, tellurium is the most common.
Geographically it can be found almost anywhere, but mostly in South Africa, United States, Russia, Canada and China.

What Was The Earlier Name Of The Hawaiian Islands?

The Hawaiian Islands are situated in the Pacific Ocean. “Hawaii” is the name of the largest island of all.
Once, the Hawaiian Islands were called the “Sandwich Islands”.
The name is given by James Cook (1728-1779), famous British explorer and navigator. He rediscovered Hawaii Islands on January 18th 1 778, on his third expedition into the Pacific.
Captain Cook named the “Sandwich Islands” after his supporter and superior officer John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich.
Captain James Cook was killed on 14th February 1779 on Hawaii.
The name “Sandwich Islands” was retained throughout 19th century.
